Images of my hometown from the late 1800s to the late 1900s

 Hi All, Duane Bargar here, yes, of the Bargar Jewelry family. The postcards and assorted images presented on this site are all from my personal collection, which is neither for sale nor a commercial pursuit. Most of the cards and images here are from the late 19th and early 20th century and a few as late as the 1960s and 70s.

  I created this page as a small token of appreciation for the history of the town that shapped me. Born in 1975 (at Riverside in Columbus, but consider myself a Delaware native) and lived my young life in Delaware, Ashley, and mostly in the Historical District of Stratford, before moving away a couple times and now presently residing in New Mexico. 

I suspect that this page might only be the start of more in depth documentation of Delaware on my part, but I thought it would be a enjoyable thing to exhibit during Delaware's 200th Anniversary.
